It's simple: If you purchase a Diamond Pendant from us and within 30 days find a better price on a Diamond Pendant of comparable quality, we will refund the difference to you, or, at your option, you may return our Pendant for a full refund. To show comparable quality, simply direct us to the website or retail store that provides a reliable gemological certificate for the comparable diamond issued by IGI, GIA or AGS gem laboratories. If the diamond is not certified for quality, or the certificate is from another gem lab, call our customer service toll free at toll free at (800) 418-7678, and we will give you the option of having it inspected locally by an AGS affiliate jeweler or having it sent to us via registered mail for our own inspection.
